Syntheto saw off serious competition to be awarded the works at this exquisite property. Working with amazing Clients who stayed in residence throughout the progress of the works, Syntheto created with the vision of the architects and brilliance of the engineers in question, a work of art in the new floating tread, glazed staircase to the existing entrance hall. All of which is enlightened by a locally made purpose made joinery picture window to bring additional light into the space. Working with the Client, we refurbished not only the main staircase but also refurbished and GF WC and also created a new bedroom ensuite and redecorated the property throughout to an extremely high finish. Whilst on site, we also completed the demolition of an existing single storey garage and construction of a new double storey oak framed, oak clad garage.
